I was charged for a doctor visit I never made. I asked what I was charged for and they said they "can't tell me and neither can the company that charged me" and that I needed to "stop making excuses. This bill isn't going away". I WAS going to pay anything I legitimately owed. But since they can't tell me what I supposedly owe money for I'll be refuting this claim.

THEY POST YOUR CONFIDENCIAL PERSONAL INFORMATION IN THE INTERNET!!!!!!! Please please be careful with this company and how they use your confidential personal information. Their employees use their equipment for personal use and they may even have your information on their personal phones. Carmen, their employee POSTED A SCREEN SHOT OF a family member’s information in Facebook on a public page. Family member went to talk to owners to complain and see what they were doing to do, owners said it wasn’t their problem but they “may” fire the employee responsible for this. While my family member was talking to them she received a call from the SS office (she had left there to report what happened and flag her SS #). The call was to tell her that there had been activity of her SS # in the lower 48. I know that many of us have hardships in life that may bring you to situations and dealings with debt collectors. But this doesn’t meant that you’re on purpose not wanting to pay a bill or to be treated or accept this kind of confidencial breach. Now this family member is having to run all over town and spend the day making calls trying to lessen the damage this horrible employee did and for the looks of the reviews here it would be safe to assume the owners know her tactics.

This company is a joke. They literally down grade, and make fun of people who are going through a hard time in life. I’ve paid my bill on time, until because I’d unfortunate circumstances we no longer had an income, the supervisor literally made fun of me for having a hard time finding work because 1. I haven’t worked in 4 years, and 2. I don’t have much work experience prior to that. So she sat there and literally made fun of me over it, and then told me if I don’t have money to pay my bills I shouldn’t go to the doctors office. I’m sorry but the last time I checked I don’t go to the doctors unless it’s absolutely necessary and I’m pretty sure these people don’t get that. I don’t go to the doctors for a fun time. I go because it’s 100% needed. I told them once we had income again, I would resume normal payments, mind you that wasn’t a good enough answer for them and they demanded money right then and there and when I told him I literally had no way to give them anything the supervisor got even angrier and told me she would take me to court to get her money then and make sure I had to pay more money. I’m not sure where she thinks taking me to court is going to get her “her money” any faster, needless to say if they would have just chilled out for a few weeks normal payments would have continued, but instead this woman had to make threats, name call, down grade, and just flat out make fun of me. She also demanded to know information about my life that wasn’t any of her business. All in all very unprofessional and extremely upsetting.

One star is generous! I had one bill that went to this collection agency. I have no idea what it was for. Carmen is a useless employee. Rude, unprofessional and not willing to help you at all! What a joke of an employee. If a person has a medical bill that ends up in collections you think you’d have the common sense enough to realize that this person is most likely struggling with finances due to the medical situation they are in. An ounce of compassion and some basic courtesy could really go a long way. Please get rid of this person and hire someone that helps humanity.
