        Ordered a pizza and when we got home and opened the box, its missing a slice of pizza. Tried to call the number to complain but been on hold for a very long time so I had to drive again to go to their store to return the pizza. The manager told me that they will just replace the pizza. At first I wanted to refund my money back and not get any pizza but then my kids were hungry already so I just took the managers offer to just replace the pizza. No, they did not offer a refund, they just replaced the pizza. They didnt explain to me what happened. Im really disappointed with their service.

        My order was in very poor quality. Both pizzas I ordered were dry and kinda hard, or tough, I should say. And they had practically no marinara on them(hence the dryness). And I ordered one bread sticks and one cheese sticks, and they were made "together" and as a result, my cheese sticks were burned. I'd give it a half a star if could
