      image Where the events that occurred with my wife are extreme in the fact that it is the worse possible outcome to happen -- I have to agree with my friends that there should be a "DO NOT CONTACT" flag on your customer relations software.
      I thought it was in VERY POOR TASTE to receive on my wife's phone a request for feedback and additionally to be requested to write a review.
      Please fix your software to avoid any others being affected by such faux pas.
