I genuinely can't believe how much you guys screwed me over. I came in to get my window regulator fixed over a month ago and I have not gotten a refund on labor charges for the diagnosis. A diagnosis for a car is irrelevant unless you can actually fix the problem because you can't just walk into another shop stating that another company has diagnosed your car. I was told that Nissan had stopped making the part to get it fixed and so they couldn't actually do anything about fixing it. I got refunded for the part itself since they stopped making it, but you charged me $180 to diagnose it. You can't just bring a diagnosis to a different shop and have them fix whatever is broken: they have to formally diagnose it themselves due to liability issues. So basically, I paid $180 dollars to wait over a month with a messed up window and all I was left with was a piece of paper that states a diagnosis that I can't use at another shop. To make matters significantly worse, the service manager who called me back could not care less about this issue. He said, "well if you feel that way then I'm sorry but I can't help you....my decision is final and I'm saying no I can't give you a refund, I have to pay my technicians." I understand that you have to pay your technicians, but you are all part of the same company. He refused to take this decision higher up after claiming that he was employed by "Continental" and was not specific to Nissan. I've been coming here since I was 16, I'm 23 now, and I will absolutely never ever come here again. I sincerely hope that if you don't need work done that is covered under warranty, then you stay as far away as you can from this place because they WILL screw you up. By the way, I got it diagnosed somewhere else for less than $60. The mechanic was shocked my how much you charged me. I am a full time student who in debt, I can't afford this garbage. You should be ashamed for how you treat people. Stay away.

We went to Nissan Continental to browse for a new car and wasnt expecting to leave with a brand new car with only 15 miles on it. Upon arrival Jose approached us immediately and we didnt have to go in to find someone to help us. From start to finished everything went smoothly.
