I absolutely love Nova! So far I have had laser hair removal in 3 different areas. Tammy is the best! She is so professional and makes you feel at ease. I feel very confident with her doing my treatments since she is a RN and is constantly monitoring my skin's reaction. I also love how they carry the Butter of London line. It is hard getting out of there without purchasing a new nail polish! They even run specials on their products which I have taken advantage of! I will be trying the mani/pedi and chemical peels next-- all performed by RN Tammy herself! I highly recommend Nova!

NOVA is AMAZING! The staff is SO friendly and what they provide is above and beyond any other Spa in Anchorage. They offer such a wide range of services from Medical to Laser Hair Removal to Mani/Pedi's to Eyelash Extensions (which I STRONGLY recommend), and many other services at a competitive price. I have seen such a great improvement in my skin&overall beauty since I started going to NOVA. I love this place! It's like Cheers - they all know your name! I had laser hair removal with Tammy. She is very professional while still maintaining an appropriate nurse-client relationship. I always felt comfortable and welcome with her. The other staff is great. Rita and Hannah are also awesome. Doc was very kind and professional when I went to my consultation with him. I always felt welcome when I went for my appointments. Nova is the best!
