Massage Envy - Tikahtnu Commons - PERMANENTLY CLOSED

I have loved this place and all the massages received while stationed at JBER for past 3yrs. Everyone has always been super friendly and great at their work. They need to do better with advertisement and updates on website and at storefront. They will change hours or location and the only way you know is by going there, waste of time. Recently showed up and they are permanently closed! Moved to new location.

Do NOT use their website for massage therapist details. It was not an accurate description of the massage therapists type of massage they perform. In my case it stated this lady conducted medium to deep massage and she stated she does not typically do that. Waste of $70!!

I have repeatedly tried to cancel my account to no success. Numerous emails and phone calls. I've been put off for months. Then finally sent a form to fill out and send back right before the next payment is due. So now another month of being charged. I will never be a member again!

Horrible experience. Do not do business with massage envy. I asked to transfer massages to someone else because I didn’t like their low quality massages. They refused unless I reactivated the account. The rude lady that claimed to be the manager refused to give me her name or her manager’s info. They kept charging me after I canceled my membership.

Dont give them your card info! I got a membership for my wife and myself. After a few months of going I needed surgery and we canceled our memberships. That was 9 months ago. I got a random charge 1 month ago and we filed a complaint to no solution other than paying for it and receiving one service from it, along with the cancellation email. This month was charged again and person at front desk would hang up on me when I told them what was going on. Had to cancel my card and report this business.
