From the moment I contacted Witzleben Legacy and the challenges I faced regarding my mothers service ended. Donovan was incredible handling the transfer of my mother from Washington, where she passed away, home to Alaska to be laid to rest with military honors at Ft. Richardson National Cemetery. He was there every step of the way lifting a heavy burden off my shoulders.

Please trust the reviews. I do not recommend this funeral home. Had a number of issues with this place and staff named Ken.

Everyone who helped me was super respectful and gave me all the information I needed. They even helped fill out the application for assistance for my mom. She lost her husband suddenly and I was handling everything. I don't see how this place has such bad reviews.

there were kids riding bikes in the parking lot and people walking in and out of our seating area while we were waiting to view and grieving about our lost loved one. i saw this as extremely disrespectful and honestly just made me feel even more upset. it was not what i was expecting nor hoping for. my grammy deserved so much better.

This place don't deserve any stars. They all about money.
We had an agreement of what should be done after our loved one final service and paid off their bill, we turned our back and they flipped our agreement because of money. We had to come back and make settlement with them and almost got into a fight with the relatives that was not suppose to be there.
Terrible terible experience, we are so disappointed with the Legacy funeral home..Don't ever trust them
