Flowers by Chanda

Ordered from 1-800 Flowers and they said that they went locally through Flowersw by Chanda. I got an email saying that the flowers were delivered but my wife was the only one in the office that didn't get flowers for valentines day. Took a long time to get a hold of this company and when I did, they blamed it on 1-800 Flowers and said that they do not even do business with them. Wife is still mad at me, can't get anything else sent to my wife and I can't seem to get my money back. Both 1-800 Flowers & Flowers by Chanda had representatives that are Asian in decent pointing fingers at each other and no one will give me my service or my money back.

Total rip off!!!! My mother ordered what she thought would be a beautiful sympathy basket for my husband whose mother had passed that was supposed to be multiple live plants in an arrangement. She paid over $200. What we received was a cheap plastic pot with a single peace Lilly that looked like it came from the local hardware store that you could pay $20.00’s for. Beware of buying anything from this florist. Multiple attempts were made to contact this seller and could never get through to anyone.

My son sent me flowers for Mother’s Day! The flowers showed up two weeks before Mother’s Day. The flowers were half dead. It looked like they pulled them out of the dumpster and just shoved them in a drinking glass. The girl that delivered the flowers told me that she has no idea where they came from. I did not want to tell my son because I was so happy he thought of me! When he found out that they delivered them two weeks early he was not to happy. I did not tell him that they were also dead on arrival. I sent him a picture of the best side of the flowers . I guess that they were not the right ones that he picked out! My son called the flower shop and they told him that they would deliver the right flowers and on Saturday the day he asked for them to be delivered. The day before Mother’s Day. I still have not received the flowers. The card says flowers by Chandra so I drove by the shop one day on my way home from shopping and the same car that delivered them to me was parked right in front of the flower shop. I see the same car there all the time. I would never buy flowers from Chandra.
