So I had gone in and asked to get carpet for MY BEDROOM gave the measurements. And onaon a peicenof paper gave measurements to the HALLWAY. And my person who picked it up told me that he had so many feet. For pick up and the bedroom was not there. And so I got very upset!! I got a call from Azjahon and the store Manger worked with me to keep my business. And took care of. my issue and thank you

We loved working with Ion. He exercised total professionalism from the day we walked into Giant Don's until the day our flooring was installed throughout our house. He was very helpful in answering our questions about their products and never made us feel rushed. He was absolutely thorough when he measured our house. And he was immensely patient with us as we thought through all the ways to deal with the many stairs and levels in our home. It's almost a year later and we are loving our laminate floors. I spent thousands of dollars to carpet and install vinyl plank flooring for my entire house. I wanted to support a local company so went with Giant Dons.
Unfortunately for me, I have had problems with the stair noses and the transition pieces at the doors They continually pop off which is a hazard. My son in law fell down the stairs while holding my grandson, thank goodness they werent hurt. That particular stair nose was ruined and Giant Dons said they dont have a replacement.
From my salesperson, Alex to the manager, Mike I have been on permanent ignore even though the products are guaranteed. Its been months.
I noticed the reviews on the website are super positive so I dont expect my review to be presented but Im pretty sure Im not the only person who has experienced dissatisfaction and disappointment with Giant Dons.
My two cents and thanks for the vent.
