H+H is now in crisis mode. This week the case manager disappeared and her supervisor who has no idea who we are and what we need has temporarily taken over. So called "training sessions" are a joke and merely provide employment income to paper-pushing dunderhead blimps that couldn't find work anywhere else. The owner is barely hanging on with her health issues and the people she's bringing in to keep the place afloat could care less if you live or die....as long as they can stuff their group homes, they are happy, and are developing even more group homes. This FOR PROFIT company has an overhead rate of over 154%...incredible. The Personal Care Attendants are paid a pittance while the administrators, the so called puffed up executives, and the fading owner rake it in.
