Betty the front desk lady was not helpful @ all! - I had to raise my voice to get her to LISTEN to me, all I wanted was someone to help me get on a computer to schedule a appt for Re-Rea, she brushed me off & gave me midtowns number instead & also told me to go there (I had my newborn son with me) - I explained to her all I wanted was to use a computer, she still tells me to go midtown?! Like what!? Just to use a computer!? Youre not being helpful telling me to leave when all I need is to use a computer! Another lovely lady named NIKKI came to the rescue THANK GOD & helped me out! Betty, do better! LISTEN & be more helpful! If you dont want to work, stay home! Smh

Get there and don't be uncertain of your own ability to seek the service offered, you are on your own for the most part they have indeed staff but limited both in ability and some in knowledge to guide you in the right direction to help you attain full time employment. Its not who's there or if they can answer your most wanted to know questions. Its your own mind set, get focused, be confident in the ability to use the resources that are available at hand. With a confident and positive attitude YOU can accomplish all you STRIVE to achieve!! Don't get frustrated, (relax and take a breath) say a prayer if you need to YOU will come to a greater understanding (I am a living/breathing testament to this truth) Keep your ambitions high and your prayers even higher!! Be thankful at the end of the day for a place such as this, we are fortunate to have the ability to choose what we do for a living whether your just starting out or have been using this service we alot of times take for granted.
