The meat was a bit expensive; but I think people are quick to jump on the negative comment bandwagon. This was how sales used to be done; door by door. I remember when I was young an encyclopedia sales man showing up on our door to give us a sales pitch for his books. he had to put himself out there for rejection. The meat was quality; flash frozen as they said, tasted great, and their customer service was excellent. I didn't like some of the products, so I was able to return parts of the box for new products. this is how sales used to be. the concept of box stores is still fairly new in the United States. How quickly we forget this. I hunt for game meat; but I also appreciate farmed food.

Do not allow these people into your home! They hard sell and won't leave until you purchase one of their inferior and overpriced products. They say they may not be back in your area for a great length of time so you must make a decision immediately. In truth (sadly lacking in their presentation) they have a facility within a mile from where we live. The steaks are lacking flavor and tough and full of gristle.

A salesman that looked like a meth addict came to my house and tried to sell me meat out of the back of his truck and when I told him I didn't want any he said okay but only to come back an hour later and not even realize that I had previously said no. I guess my assumptions of the salesman being a drug addict were correct.

I will admit the salesmen are not exactly professional but they are guys selling meat from a van, come on give them a break.
