Terrible company. Tried resolving a disputed bill and was reluctant to pay. After making a payment they charged additional fees offsetting any payment that I made. Never again. Do not do business with this company. They are crooked thieves.

Very rude people, will not stop calling after reapeadetly asked too. Need to be reported for trying to collect nonexistent bills.

Very rude over the telephone. Called concerning a small bill for warranty work i disputed for about 10 years. When I told them I do not owe the money. i was told unless I can prove it I owe it. Then told me I should go to jail for not paying the bill. When I asked for his name and supervisors name, he hung up on me. I called back and asked for a supervisor, was told "that ain't going to happen", the hung up on me.
