James did an outstanding job diagnosing a motherboard problem that killed my too old desktop computer. The system had a Raid 0 pair of hard drives that also had some issues. While my emergency required me to get a new machine, he managed to recover the Raid 0 drives and really streamlined the setup of the new machine. Make sure to back up the Raid 0 drives! Thanks for the help, James.

I called AK Computer Doctor yesterday and was told that I would be hearing from him between 2pm and 5pm today, 6/2/21. On the dot at 2pm he called to tell me that I would more than likely hear from him in an hour or less. I did hear from him during that time frame! So happy and shocked at the same time!! In today's world for a business person to do something like that is almost unheard of; to do exactly what they say they are going to do. I have become so accustomed to not expecting punctuality, professionalism, pleasant personality, knowledge and just plain niceness. The AK Computer Doctor comprises all those things and more!! What an Anchorage treasure! I will be calling him whenever I have a problem with my computer from today on!! Thank you so much for fixing my problem in record time and for the great advice about back-ups. :)
