I didn't buy anything here but I had just delivered two Forest River Prism RVs to them. If I did live here and was in the market for either a car or camper, I would definitely come here. Vik the owner is a class act. He went above and beyond to make sure this delivery went smoothly and also helped on something that really didn't have too.

I bought a used car here in July of 2023. Mya was helpful, honest and flexible with my schedule, and the transaction went smoothly. Unfortunately the car (which was a consignment) had a major mechanical defect. This was a terrible concern since Alaska doesn't have a lemon law for used vehicles, so I would likely be stuck with a major repair bill. However, Thomas the manager successfully negotiated a repair at no cost to me since he felt it was unfair to make a customer pay full price for a defective vehicle. The repairs were made, and the car has served me faithfully four months and 3,000 miles later. Definitely people of good character and not your archetypal used car salespeople! When you buy from Frontier, you can rest easy. If something is wrong, they'll work with you to fix it.

I am one who does not like giving folks negative reviews. Giving a 3 stars review is already not a very pleasant feeling doing it. I'd rather just skip. However, my experience with this business years ago is still quite painful. They hid info on defects on the vehicle they sold me. I found out weeks later. I went back and they became so unfriendly - unprofessional. They lied. They talked behind my back. They told me I said things I did not say. They told me they informed of things they did not inform about at all. They did all they could just to get me out of their place. Experience was so horrible. I have traveled the world over for years. I thought I had experienced both the best and the worst life can give a very simple man until I encountered the salesman and his boss/manager/owner at this place. So far, my experience with the folks at this place is the worst. I'm already an old man right now. I don't know what more degrading, demeaning, totally reprehensible experience I can encounter that would top my experience at this company. I just want to let this out of my chest. However, believing in small businesses and being a always a supporter of small businesses, I am only hoping they have improved and changed up their customer service practices. I wish them the best still.
