Whatever you do do not I repeat do not use Professional Automotive! They put in an alternator that burned out my battery so I had to get a new battery, they said it's not the alternator. I took it to another mechanic who said it is the alternator when I called Professional Automotive back to tell them it indeed was a bad alternator , Mike the owner was extremely condescending ..he said it's not so we're not going to look at your car ! Their work is supposed to be under a year warranty that they didn't honor . So another mechanic put in an alternator. That one also failed. So then I finally bit the bullet and took it to Nissan and guess what they said..it's your alternator.so now having a third one put in.8000 dollars and 5 months later because Professional Automotive wouldn't back.up their 1 year warranty!! Thieves!! Now I'm hearing similar stories from other Alaskan who had the same thing happen to them!! Beware!!!!

They replaced the power steering system of my vehicle (but did not mention that they would be using "re-manufactured" parts. The system, which is supposed to last well over a decade only made it 14 months. They then told me that since they used said repurposed parts, there was only a twelve month warranty and they would do nothing. Untrustworthy and dishonest. Do not use them - they well screw you.
