I recently changed to Alfa due to a large increase in my premium from Farmers. Brad was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to give me the coverage needed at a reasonable price. I highly recommend him.

I dont know why they feel the need to give out personal information to family members. They have never called us directly to handle anything instead calling a family member they know to do business for them? Very unprofessional. Everytime we did try to get some info on when our bill was due or how much they could not seem to find the answer? Pointless and ignorant agents to work with. Oh and they called our family member to tell them we were cancelled!

I would give this location 0 stars if I could. Rhonda at this location was beyond rude to my mother for absolutely no reason. Myself, my mother, my little brother and my aunt and my father all have insurance with Alfa and we will all be cancelling our auto insurance and our life insurance policies this next month because of her. We have a total of eleven policies with them between all of my family members. This is our local office and I refuse to pay someone who talks down to my family. I have been with this company for 7 years, my brother has been with them 5 years and my mother has been with them for 20+ years and we have never had a single problem with them until now but the bullying that she did to my mother is just intolerable. Furthermore I intend to use all of the resources at my disposal to let everyone I know of my experience with her. I could go on and on but the point is that she has been inexcusably rude and it is because of her that Alfa will lose a total of eleven policies.
