        This company and the people are absolutely RUDE and WORTHLESS! Over the past few years we have been made return numerous times for items that were not in stock. Refused items we were supposed to get when they were ordered. Sales girl is rude, unprofessional and full of herself. The manager isn't any better. Will drive to Birmingham before I will ever do business with these people again. Would give them zero stars if it were allowed!

        I do not recommend this company at all! They are rude and will not work with you. They claim that my husband was given the same mask he used during his sleep study. However, his sleep study was a nose mask and his mask they gave him with his machine is a full face mask. It has leaked the whole time he's had it!! When I called for them to exchange they claimed we needed a prescription to change masks. We got that and now they say insurance will not pay. I highly recommend using a different company! We've never had issues like this with MedSouth or Thrive.
