      image Prays on senior citizen and people of diminished capacity. My father is a Vietnam veteran these company has preyed on him for many years with high interest rate loans. The response from the current manager about the ethics of doing business with someone known to not be of their facilities was well that was the manager prior to her and that is why they are no longer employed
