You're receptionist, is so lazy, she cannot even reach up on the counter to get a piece of paper she acts like a zombie , she did not won't to answer any questions, she just sit there like she didn't care about nothing.

The young lady at the check in desk had no personality at all. I had to keep going back to the desk to ask how to check in. She would only say a couple of words and then look back down. I told her she was not being very helpful. She just looked at me. I was in pain with my back and walking with a cane and she was acting as though she didn't care. There was no excuse for the way she was acting.
