Rita Young could not have been more helpful in our quest to find a place on Lake Wedowee that we felt we could afford. Every time we asked a question about something we had her answer almost immediately. No question was too trivial or trite as far Rita was concerned. And while it probably wasn’t the best time to be in a sellers market as a buyer, Rita worked tirelessly to to help us find a place we could call home. If Miss Rita is still working if and when the time comes to sell our place, she will most certainly get the listing. I would give Rita six stars if I could but they only gave me five to chose from! I worked with Dakota Henderson to sell a large tract of land I had through an LLC partnership. Dakota was professional, responsive and eager to work hard to get the land sold. She sold the land within a week! I would highly recommend Dakota and will certainly use her on future real estate opportunities.

Ron and Rita really know the Lake Wedowee and Randolph County real estate market well. I've bought and sold several properties with them over the years, and have been very happy with them. Great customer service, and they work hard and go the extra mile to help their clients get the best deal and get the job done.
