The last 3 months my bill won't arrive and yet they are charging me late fees, I have to call and say I did not get my bill and pay it over phone, there is a fee for that too. Sometimes the water is an awful orange for days and disturbing to even think about cooking with, drinking, or bathing. They need new management asap!

Water in Crossville area tastes awful and looks murky. The consistency has an odd slimey texture and air is in the lines often. We complain about these things on a monthly basis and are told it will be looked into, but nothing improves. The water bill is very high although we have no leaks and buy 90 percent of our drinking water in stores. I don't know what it is about the utility companies in this county, but knowing what I know now we would never have moved to an unincorporated area, but we are stuck for now. You would have better luck getting buckets of water at your closet stagnant pond.
