        When we are able to pay the bill they wait 2-3 weeks to pick it up, then maybe only get it twice before we get another bill for $135+ plus reactivation fees. Then when we call we get told they got no notes of us ever paying on our bill. Now we owe $185+ and told they only have last year in August payment, when I know we also paid in October. I know I live out in the country and not near city limits, but it's ridiculous having to pay more then $135+ every other month just for only two pickups.
