Budget Truck Rental

(Nasty truck rude staff)Rented the truck a month ago and returned it we were forced to pay a deposit fee of 150 which they said they would mail us a check for within 5-10 business days it’s be over a month The truck was nasty it had trash and food everywhere soda was spilt all over and they had the nerves to rent it out we asked for another truck and was told this is the only one we got so we were forced to take it we have called several times about the 150 and have been told the same thing every time we can’t give you cash at any location the check will be there by tomorrow seeing that it’s been 31 days we are more than upset

Bottom line: Was charged for insurance I didn't want and lied to about it. Budget redirected my pickup to this location on short notice. When I arrived, the car dolly was not available and I was given (and charged for) a car trailer. I went over the contract and asked about the ~$60 charge for trailer coverage. The manager said it was a standard thing I couldn't get rid of. My total cost was $1152 instead of the quoted $864. Budget did not refund the whole difference. I didn't want the full auto trailer or the coverage. I was ripped off and will never do business here again.
