        I like Faculty Staff Clinic in UMC. It not only provides discount copay to faculty, the staff and doctor there are friendly and efficient, even for walk-in patients.

        This place really needs to do something about the operators taking calls at the front desk. I am sick and tired of dealing with a specific rude operator every time that I try to call to schedule my daughters appointment. Its not my fault that I cant get a call back in a timely manner and that I work and only get a lunch break during the day and Im never quite sure when that breaks is. Some of us arent aloud to have our phones on us at work!! Yall need to do something before yall lose a lot of patients!
