Moved here to save money then they increased their rent without ANY improvements to the complex, theres always trash everywhere in the parking lots, too dark at night, apartment wasnt prepared properly there were groceries still in the cabinets when I moved in! And even though I left the apartment spotless and better than when I moved in, they still didnt give me my full deposit back.100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Very disappointed with not only the golf course but the staff. My friends and I were planning to play 18 holes, but were kicked out at 9. We were not playing slow, and when people were waiting behind us, we let the other players through. We played 2 people first, and then 4 people following - due to the fact that we had two separate tee times. The 4 people group caught up to our 2 people group, so they were waiting for the 2 group to finish the hole. Neither the course supervisor riding around on the golf cart nor the front desk woman wanted to hear the explanation that we were in fact NOT playing 6 people a hole. They assumed we were playing 6 people, and kicked us out with NO warning whatsoever. I would understand if this was Augusta, but this is the links. The entire course is dry, the grass is long, and there is garbage on almost every hole. Not worth the money, go to Ol Colony instead.

Came here a couple years ago and told myself I would never be back due to the terrible course conditions. Found myself back for a quick 18 this past week and I have to give the greenskeeper and staff for how they have turned it around. Most greens rolled well, fairways are much softer and greener than before. Sand holds its own in my opinion. If you're looking for PGA quality, head somewhere else. But this is an excellent course for a quick, cheap round.

The course looks nice but has terrible layout all the fairways are too close to each other if you don't it straight your ball will end up on the other Fairway and some of the apartments are too close to the fairways if you're not good at golf you could easily break a window. If you are a beginner golfer trying to learn golf I recommend checking out Tall Pines Golf Course it has a good layout perfect if you are a beginner golfer
