I approached this experience with great trepidation. I was deployed to Mali Africa when my daughter's daily driver classic mustang broke down. I arranged to have it towed to Mr. House's Garage based on previous reviews. Mr. House was friendly, knowledgeable,and conscientious. He took care of the car right away and had her back on the road the next morning. To top it all off his bill was less than half of what I expected based on the repair he affected. It was hundreds of dollars less than I was prepared for. He only fixed what had to be fixed. He was honest about it. And he charged the bare minimum time for the job he did. I will recommend House's Garage to anyone and I am glad to know he is there as I will soon have a second child at University of Alabama that may one day need his services.

Tried this place out after going through multiple misrepairs from Firestone in Tuscaloosa. Mr. House is a honest guy who charges very honest service rates compared to dealerships. He works quickly and keeps you updated along the way. It is in a convenient but kind of scary place to leave your car in the middle of the night so make sure you get it there in time to lock it up. Had to make a couple more repairs before getting a new car. He can do just about anything (brakes, cooling systems, etc.) and get just about any genuine parts your need.
