Beautiful grounds and apartments! Hard to find one level living in Tuscaloosa. Jessica, in the front office, is amazing! Wonderful customer service and always available! Even maintenance is super friendly! Highly recommend this place!

Tuesday would have made four years I’ve been living at this amazing property! I love the management first and foremost! Tyler and Carissa in the front office are my faves! They have made my experience living at Beacon Place worth every penny! My unit is amazing! I’m going to miss it so much! I’m only moving, because I’m relocating to a new city! You can’t beat the price with a garage and all the space you could want in an apartment. It’s super quiet! Most of my neighbors are young professional or retired! Management is super responsive to maintenance requests! I’m going to miss this property!

3 stars mainly because of customer service. As a current resident through corporate housing, the leasing office has very poor follow-up after SEVERAL calls, messages and even completing the online contact form. I've not received a call in over a month. The apartments are average size, complex is quiet. In my 2 bedroom, both bathrooms are in the bedroom so, nowhere separate for guests to go. Also, the laundry connections are in the bedroom's bathroom so it's disruptive to wash. i can hear my neighbors' garage open and closing all day. There's also very minimal parking.
