Same issue as Katrena Miles. Tried canceling for weeks. Drive 2 hours one way and specifically stated I wanted to cancel in the office, then without my consent, I was charged for the next month. Asked about the cancellation and the money I paid out few days later and was told that I wanted to continue service. Never said I wanted to continue cause I swapped to State Farm that morning and went to cancel with Deerfoot that afternoon. Was told theyre obligated to send me paperwork for cancellation if I say cancel. No email, post mail or in person cancellation form was given. Originally stood at the front desk and said cancel all and get me outta here cause I swapped to another agency. Progressive was cheaper than State Farm but dealing with the front desk was a hassle. In the end I was in the wrong I still dont understand but its over
