Bill is absolutely incredible! He is so thorough with his report and explains everything with such care and attention. He even brings his computer and will walk you through everything (with pictures) right there at the end of the inspection. He is flexible, kind, and patient with all of his clients. When there were repairs needed, Bill even took the time to talk with the contractors to make sure the work was being done to his standards. We so appreciate Bill and recommend him to all of our clients!

I was lucky to choose him as my inspector. I had really no idea who to go with. He was very responsive and VERY thorough. We even had him come back out to do a second inspection because there was some things that we needed repaired and we wanted to make sure it was done right. Even on that second inspection he found the work was not done right (so he saved us tons of money). And he came out for a THIRD time after we got the work fixed. He is really your advocate. I feel 100 percent safe to move into my house now. He was not the cheapest inspector we called but you really pay for what you get and it was the best money I have spent on this new house so far.

Bill was our inspector and was very knowledgeable of his job. We have used Magic City Property Inspections on numerous inspections and would highly recommend them.
