Excellent communication, customer service, and product. The man that set up the bounce house did a great job letting us know exactly what time he was going to set it up and pick it up. The bounce house was a high quality thick material and held up perfectly.

I have used Jump for Joy to rent a bouncy castle a few times. I would highly recommend them. The service was great! The quality was excellent and the bouncy castle was clean. My kids LOVED it! And they slept good that night. The prices are reasonable. I will continue to rent from Jump for Joy!

We had such a great experience renting from Jump for Joy! Mike was wonderful to work with and his team did a great job of communicating, setting up and taking down the bouncy house. The bouncy house was clean and in great condition. This was for a 7 year old birthday party and all the kids loved it! I highly recommend this company.
