We are so happy with the work that Anthony and the Plumb First team did on our house. We had a complete replumb which was a huge job. It only took two days and the crew made sure to clean up at the end of each day. Everyone was polite and professional. No one complained when they had to work late to finish the job and Anthony went above and beyond my expectations to make sure things were in perfect working order before leaving. Will definitely use them again!

I used Plumb First for three jobs and will never use them again.
First was the re-glaze a cast iron tub. The finish looked great but within a month the glaze was already chipping off. We followed all guidelines to ensure this didn't happen. Didn't use the tub for multiple weeks, and then cleaned it with soft scrub as instructed too.
Second job was to remove a split unit and cap off all plumbing and wiring. This job was completed as requested.
Third job was to relocate a dishwasher between two properties. My first warning should have been when they ask me, the owner, to go the store for parts that they needed. Then, they cut the wiring to the dishwasher instead of using the wiring box that was provided with the unit. So when installing the unit into the new location, they had to use wire nuts (which isn't bad) but they did not tape the nuts. After the fourth cycle of the dishwasher, it stopped working. After calling them back out, they found out the wiring nuts have come off and also started a fire in the house (AWESOME!).
While they were there to fix the unit, they ended up breaking a piece off the dishwasher.
To this day, it has been months and they continue to tell me the part has been order.
I do not recommend anyone using Plumb First. They have been impossible to reach and continue to avoid my calls.
