Kirkland's Cabinets & Innovations

The entire team at Kirkland Cabinets was great. They made the most beautiful vanity for our master bath remodel, and they worked quickly to get it done by the estimated time. They were fun to work with, and we couldnt recommend them more! Cant wait to use them for our next project.

We contacted Kirkland Cabinets back in Sept 2018. They were very kind and we had heard they did good work. After going back and forth for a vanity for our bathroom and built-in cabinet, we finally got them installed in May 2019. After installation, we contacted them with this email: 'We're extremely disappointed in the delivery. They left a mess, frayed wood, and broke one of our pipes. We had to completely pull it away from the wall because water was all over the place. This has created a full days worth of work. After waiting so long to get them, this is not what we were hoping for.' *After further inspection, there was paint on the white cabinet that's messed up before drying that is very obvious (like someone put their finger in it or something). The only response we received back was: 'We will be meeting with our employees reminding each one our work ethics & highest quality standards...We are looking into this issue which will be corrected for any future jobs.' No offer to fix, help, or pay for the plumbing. Thankfully they apologized, but as a fellow business owner, I was pretty displeased with the response and overall process. Although they were very kind throughout this process, not very happy, and wouldn't use them again unfortunately.

I really loved my experience with Kirkland's Custom Cabinets! They were prompt, very polite and their work was outstanding! Their new address is 8140 Hwy 53 Suite B, Toney AL.

We had Kirklands make our cabinets for our new construction home and our fireplace mantel. We are EXTREMELY PLEASED with the quality, appearance, and installation. My husband and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kirklands. If we had it to do again I know who we would trust and use again. THANK YOU KIRKLANDS CUSTOM CABINET!!!

We used Kirklands Customer Cabinets when building our home. They did good work to a degree overall, but their Customer Service and their followup to correct mistakes and/or issues WILL NOT HAPPEN. We called them numerous times and they promised to send someone out to check the issue with our countertop. Their service and work is great but AGAIN after the initial work followup to resolve issues, IS HORRIBLE. We were told, they had done all they were going to do and did not return to satisfy our issues. NOTE TO OWNER, we have receipts from YOUR Company for the work performed. We spoke with your wife on several occasions about returning to fix the issues, and NO ONE EVER CAME. There is NO MISTAKE in the Company specified and location above. You added "and Innovations" to your name. You also moved from your initial location on Hwy 53.
