Walmart Supercenter

It would have been great except for the prices on groceries keep going up. Makes it hard to feed a family. Thomasville Walmart always has friendly cashiers and help out on the floor and is usually well stocked.

Thomasville,Al Wal Mart is away good to visit. I went their to pick a bag of dog food, before the storm, Tuesday 22.arch2022. I had a cart that wasn't working right. I turn to return it. A wal mart worker lining up cart.. I asked f I r another she gave o e to me. I told her way I was returning csrt and I went straight to the dog food.i heard a lady, saying miss,miss I turn and she had my wallet in her hand. I was trying to get out of the store and forgot to get my wallet out of the cart I returned. I must say, I was so thankful to God for the lady returning the my wallet. Everything's was inside.. She could have taken some money but she didn't. AND I Thank that Thomasville, Al worker. She is usuly working at the Self Checkout . She an AFRO AMERICAN, with short blond hair style. I believe she is a Supervisor. THANK YOU Wal Mart , Thomasville, Al. You guys have it going on. Everyone I have co.e in contact with at this store is do very nice. There is 2 people at Selma, Al Wal Mart that are great. One in electronic who help senior citizens with their cellphone. AND there are 2 young ladies one at Selma and one at Thomasville,Al, Wal Mart they helped m e ordered food to be picked up. But Thomasville and Prattville,Al.has Selma Wal Mart beat. Most Selma workers will not show you where an item is they point. Or if you ask for help picking up. 50 or 44 lbs dog food. They do it but they act like you asked them to carry it to the.car. I ask because I had surgery & I'm senior citizen. I don't want to land on the floor or break anything on my body in the store, so I ask for help. Thomasville , Al they help with a smile. They get 7 stars out of 5.stars. plus their store is clean and restroom are too.

Waited in line for 10 minutes at salf-check out to be told they didnt take cash. Come on Wal-Mart, you can do better.

I had a return. The lady at the service desk would not help me. I called for her manager. He came straight away. And was very nice and helpful. I wish i had gotten his name. Very nice.. Thanks !

It's a typical walmart. The staff well not offer any kind of assistance unless you ask. And even then, most of them say they don't know and attempt to get someone else to you. This could take a long time. To be specific with one employee, I was trying to purchase a Walmart gift card and she was doing it incorrectly. And instead of asking for help, she said we needed to go to the money center. We gave up and just left the store.
