Mr Bass was very professional and finished the job when he started. He dug an artesian flowing well for us. (520 feet) We are very pleased. He stays busy, but it was worth the wait. His help was professional and worked very hard too. Service: Well installation

The customer service was horrible. I called and I asked several questions to inquire about getting a well drilled on my property. Like any logical and reasonable buyer I asked a serious of important and essential questions to ensure that this would be the company that I would like to drill a water well on my land. After asking a serious of who, what, when, where, and how questions the gentlemen on who I spoke too. Became agitated at the questions that I asked and hung the phone up in my face. I am not sure what type of work they do at this company. But the level of disrespect that I experienced by the individual representing the company I would not recommend doing business with this company. This conversation also occurred on May 9th, 2022.
