Brian is nothing but a business man looking for money by promising anything to keep you in the door, but beware. He will not follow through on his promises, and he is not honest about his products. Please, save yourself the headache and find another home company that won't lie and rip you off for a profit. Brian promised us a 10 year warranty with the purchase of our home. 7 months later and several requests for information and he still hasn't supplied his promise. He promised our home would be finished and sealed correctly. The roof leaks and so do the windows, even though he promised it wouldn't. They still haven't finished the included porch 4 months later, and he is ignoring our pleads to finish it. He hasn't followed through on any of his promises to us, despite the fact that we got everything to him immediately for him to get paid. Worst business person imaginable. Go back to Oklahoma and stop screwing over locals. Thanks.
