Mrs Pat and Dwayne And the whole Staff at The land and home center has been a huge blessing to me and my family. They gave us a place to live for the past 1-1/2 years and they were the ONLY pLACE that helped us with bad credit. Their maintenance crews are one of the best and Even though I am late at times we communicate alot during hard times and they always work with us. We are on a fixed income and 1 fighting cancer and if not for Mrs Pat and TL&HC we would ne homeless. They are down to earth and will work with you if you are honest and willing to work with the programs they have for bad credit. God bless you guys. Almost ready buy our own place. My wife has been able to work her way up into managed at her job. People like the land and home center has made living in a new world very safe feeling and they care.

Helen is unorganized and strung me along for a month and a half. Never returned my calls and told me I was approved when in fact she never submitted anything to a bank. Then once I was able to get her to commit to a meeting she had me waiting than tells me she doesn't have my paper work and gives me an outrageous down payment amount. So glad I'm doing business else where. I could only imagine what the rest of the process would of been like. Don't waste your time with their over priced homes and unorganized staff.
