BALDWIN EMC

Well where do I begin. I bought a solar panel system from Compass Energy. It seems that Baldwin EMC through their cross eyed spouses/first cousins at the AL State House Requires a 1,000,000 PLC policy that indemnifies them against "loss of life". Of course, no insurer will issue this policy, which of course is the intent. This is nothing more than codifying this sham to protect them from loss of revenue.

Very professional curtious people. I'm so thankful for emc and being part of a co opp. Absolutely the cheapest energy rates per kwh in Alabama especially south Alabama. .089 per kwh currently is unbelievable with the current market fuel prices. Riviera is 25 to 30 percent more and Rdale utilities is much higher and for people that wish they had AL POWER that would be terrible, there current rates on standard billing, exceeds 15cents per kwh. Your talking 100 difference for air cond in the summer. I'm also thankful that emc is upgrading constantly to give us great reliability and excellent constant correct voltage no surges no brownouts. They have recently installed millions worth of auto reclosers I've noticed which makes outages quick to isolate and restore. Thank you EMC
