        I have had a HORRIBLE time getting Alex Taylor to contact me back. Calling 15 to 20 times a month and no answer, left messages and no return call with the exception of once. I dropped a vehicle because I sold it and he failed to remove the vehicle from my policy and I have been paying for this vehicle for more than 1 year now and Alex Taylor has still yet to correct this issue.
