Andre responded quickly when I requested information on installation on a standby generator. He had 5 and he wanted to sell them all. I apparently bought the last one before he ordered more. Price and installation were okay but I asked him provide preventive maintenance with it and take over my A/C Heat system too. He agreed. He said he would come back and set up the generator so that it could be monitored. Weeks, months went by of him ghosting. Finally he answered my call and said the unit wasn't set up for monitoring ( he didn't connect an ethernet line) and said he could do that but it would cost more. I agreed ( reluctantly) and he agreed to come by. Again he ghosted me and to this date hasn't called back or returned my call. If you say your going to do it, do it. Avoid this business

My heat pump stopped cooling on a Saturday night. Called LaConsay Sunday morning early. He came by and fixed my heat pump early that afternoon. Great job

We have used Andre and LaConsay Air for over 10 years! He is always great with getting to us as fast as he can. Very easy to work with. I highly recommend giving them a call if you have problems with your heating and air!
