Great sale- but as soon as we walked in one of the sales girls - I'm assuming the manager by the way she was talking? Was VAPING and me and my infant walked right into it as we entered the store... I'll never shop here again..

I would give it a 0 but cant. The lady only said welcome when I came in. Never once asked to help or if I was looking for anything. She was to busy on her phone.

I have been a frequent customer at Francescas Spanish Fort location for as long as I can remember. I love the products they sell and I would spend every dime I make there, if I could! The reason I am giving three stars is because every single time (no exaggeration) that I go to the store, the employees make me feel uncomfortable. The employees consist of young girls that are always discussing anything but their job. I consistently hear them talk loudly about their lives, usually complaining. I feel that its unprofessional and inappropriate. I believe that certain small talk with customers is healthy, but this is beyond the normal and appropriate amount of conversation. I am not writing this review to say that I am baning myself from Francescas or no longer shopping there. I am writing it in hopes that the management/ownership can know whats taking place in the store and make a change to make it a more pleasant experience shopping there. I really do love the store and want to continue spending my money there.
