        Good food and value Donna is rude and grumpy Quaint throwback atmosphere. Best chicken tenders and patty melt sandwich in the Shoals. Self service once you can get your order taken. Drive up wait time during lunch is frequently ridiculously long. Not a "customer satisfaction" driven staff. Parking: Difficult to see around store sign when pulling out of parking lot onto Hatch Blvd.

        Absolutely terrible Customer Service.I dont never write reviews but this place it has really good food overpriced but good.There employees are not very pleasant went to get food other day maybe 5:15.Go in trying to find out what my husband wants and the girl in the back said what is she doing she said shes trying to figure out what shes going to order very rude I turned around walked out.DONT recommend
