Scott came by and gave us a quote. When got county approval and emailed it to Discount Septic. Scott told us it would be two weeks so we waited. After two weeks he told us he would be there on Friday 04/23. He did not show, called him back and he said he would be there 04/26, again he never showed. Called him again and he said install date would be 04/27. Once again he was a no show. At that point he stopped answering calls from my cell phone. I called him form my office phone and he answered right away. I asked him why he was ignoring my calls and he said he was busy, but would call me back that afternoon with a accurate install date. He never called back and now will not answer any calls. It's been three weeks now, and we are back to square one. If you want honesty DO NOT call discount septic tank...Scott will only lie to you Service: Outdoor system repair

Great communication. Technician showed potential issues with septic system. Called with updates with arrival time. I have found many negative reviews usually are results of unrealistic expectations and/or getting information presented that isn't ready to receive. I highly recommend. Local and do the right thing, very reasonable pricing. Don't let their company name fool you.
