It's nice to see all the great reviews so I'm a little befuddled why after calling and getting voice mail, left message for return call and never got one. Was trying to order flowers for a local funeral but alas wasn't able to and ended up ordering elsewhere. The call was during open hours.

Tonya was more than a pleasure working with on a surprise delivery for a family member's business. She was informative and more importantly polite! She was even willing to work with short next day delivery time window. I could not have asked for a easier and better experience.... especially with living out of town. THANK YOU!!!

I ordered online, and was not notified until after my chosen delivery time that delivery would not be possible. I emailed back, asking how I could go forward with the order and have it delivered to a business. No reply. Called this morning and she said we will not open until 10, but I will get back to you. Called at 1:30, no answer 2:00 no answer. Very POOR SERVICE!!
