Wayne's Portable Toilets and Septic Tank Service

These guys are incredible. Great service and highly recommended. Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out from RooterMan only to be called the morning of and have them cancel. I then called multiple septic services in my area (few of which answered their phone) only to be told it would be a few weeks. I called Wayne’s and within 2 hours they had come and gone leaving a very clean septic tank. I also saved more than $150 by not using the original service. A company that still knows what hard work is.

Called Wayne's when our sewer backed up and snaking it ourselves didn't work. They sent someone out to probe the land and help us find the dimentions. Ours is a really old sewer so we had to remove dirt from a large area and we had been digging in the wrong spot! It was close to closing time but they still sent a truck to pump the sewer. The guy who did the probing came back to check on us even though it was time for him to get off work. The men were very nice and professional. The price was very reasonable. Would recommend to anyone!

If you're having a $hitty day, call Wayne! In all seriousness tho.....way cheaper tank service than anyone else. Very honest, knowledgeable and also does repairs!

Had an issue that required having our septic tank pumped. Understandably it took about a week before they could come out. They came and dug up and pumped out septic tank. A week later I have sewage coming up in my yard, toilets backing up and sinks bubbling up... and a call was made. Continued to be told they were short staffed and busy. I could understand that also. However we are now 8 weeks in. Called this morning to find out how soon someone could come out... was told 4-6 weeks. Okay so this started 8 weeks ago and they have done nothing and now they say 4-6 weeks. Do yourself a favor a call a plumber that cares about their customers and understands what repeat and referral business is. At this point I am having another plumber come and fix an issue that Wayne clearly cares nothing about.
