I will start by saying I did have a lot of delays due to coming up with thousands of dollars but I should have been told there would be a possibility of him retiring in the middle of my dental care I spent over 600 thousand dollars and ended up with basically the same dentures that my grandmother had and every time I went there someone different would be doing whatever they was going to do that day.They usually didn’t know what they were supposed to do for me that day. I was supposed to get implants but ended up with a dentist I never seen before cutting and digging in my mouth. If I seen him on the street I would not know who it was. I was basically manipulated into taking on a replacement dentist regardless of if I wanted to or not. I could have went and spent 800 dollars for the same quality of dentures and they acted like it was my fault they didn’t fit I cannot even wear the bottom one and still cannot chew my food and they are so horrible so if you don’t want the same primitive dentures that your grandparents wore than save your money. If you want to be treated like a customer instead of a problem do not go here. I had a bad feeling when someone different took care of me and really just fumbling around trying to find out what they was going to do today and for that I’m totally beating myself up over just walking out but I was so embarrassed and desperate for a temporary descent smile because that was devastating for me to loose my teeth. I should have just left but I didn’t and now there is no telling how I’m going to get myself out of this situation financially!!! I just want a smile that I can be proud of and forget how much money I spent on horrible primitive dentures that don’t stay in and look absolutely nothing like my teeth. I could have used that for my implants (I don’t know how I will pay for implants now and I cry about it every day and I don’t hardly even look in the mirror because I feel disfigured )

I was interested in having the Nova Threads in my neck. I found Dr Bigelow doing a Google search and she had several videos on YouTube about herself and her facility. After watching them, I decided to drive from Anniston to have my procedures done by Dr Bigelow. I'm over 40 and talked with Dr Bigelow about several procedures that could help with sagging skin, fine lines etc. I had done my research and I knew what I wanted. She listened patiently and then said no, lol. She said I wouldn't be happy with the results and instead suggested a completely different treatment plan. I agreed to follow her suggestions. I had dermal fillers to even out the skin in several areas, over 100 units of Botox and the Nova Threads for the brows. I am extremely happy with the results. She did an amazing job. She was very patient with me and really explained why I would want a procedure and why I would not. She is a true artist. She could have just done as I had asked but I believe she genuinely cared that I was going to be pleased with the final results. Well she was spot on. Her facility is very modern and office staff were friendly and helpful. Pricing is competitive or slightly below other facilities. I highly recommend!!

Dr Bigelow and her team are awesome! Dr Bigelow does not rush through her meeting with you and spends time explaining options.
