        They were polite and punctual, hince the 1 star. However they were in and out so fast I barely had time to kick my shoes off. My appointment was for 1:30, they were loading their tick up by 1:48 literally. The water that they used that had dirt in it, they poured out in my grass right by my front door. My carpets were drenched at least 2 days with no noticeable change to the appearance. I bought a Hoover Dash Pet Pro carpet cleaner on Amazon and did it myself. Took a little longer but results were 1000&better.

        This was a miracle cleaning. Our son purchased his home a year ago and the Realtor suggested a different carpet cleaner. After that company cleaned it, with fair results, the guy told my son “best I can do... carpet only last so long.” Stephen came in quickly and effectively cleaned it better than I thought it would clean. Great job! Thank you!
