        This company came unto my property that I just purchased 2 months ago when I wasn't home and took the propane tank that was 40 % full. I paid for the propane when we purchased this home. Tank said Suburban Gas on the side. Never was told otherwise that it belonged to any other company by anyone other than Suburban Gas. Now I was told the previous owner of the property told Thompson to remove the tank. No communication from anyone, but to take from a disabled veteran is just wrong. Now will cost me $600.00 to get back what was stolen from me.

        They say five day delivery which is long enough time.I have never had to wait that long. But in actuality they mean five buisness days which translates into six possibly seven days before delivery.Kind of ridiculous for a 20%tank in rainy weather that is lows 20's and high 40's. Poor poor service!!!
