Nothing but a bunch of liars. this is the second month they have turn my power off first month I was in the hospital with a brain bleed which I would have paid my power bill but I think they should have waved the 55 reconnect fee under the circumstances. I got paid this Saturday woke up at 10:30 with no power went down to talk to my neighbor they came to her door and knocked on her door and took her money for her power bill I am just as disabled as she is do you think they bother to knock on my door no they did not and then the man from Russellville trying to tell me she's being charged an extra $20 fee that is not true either I know my neighbor she would not lie to me and I was I will be speaking to a discrimination attorney also. They are only taking advantage of the poor I know someone that draws a $700 check per month cannot save a extra hundred to pay on the next power bill before it goes over due! My Bible says do not take advantage of the poor these people will pay Sunday and I will remember every single person they are ripped off just because they are poor. Kim McCalpin I meant they will remember every single person they ripped off also that they will remember someday not Sunday.
