        Nice enough dealer but do not trust cotton state barns. The shed we received was damaged and after requesting repairs over a dozen times I finally gave up. They also take advantage of any reason to overcharge you. They pulled their payment on the wrong day and it bounced (because it was a week early). After that they added over 100 in fees. Then insisted on an additional deposit. All said and done they wanted almost 3 times the normal payment (enough I could buy a shed of that size outright). I told them to come take it back and they refuse to schedule it. Has been over a month and it’s still sitting there. I can’t use it without the risk of them stealing whatever is in it when they do come. And I can’t get another till it’s gone. They don’t answer the phone. HORRIBLE COMPANY. I’ll be calling the city to report the abandoned property this week if they refuse to come get it.
